LEAF SPRINGS
Is your leaf spring broken or worn off?
Leaf springs, individual spring leaves and leaf spring accessories: our product range covers leaf springs for European commercial vehicles. Pickup, van, motorhome, trailer or heavy duty truck? We have the right leaf springs for all vehicle types in stock and we can deliver them promptly. Conventional springs, parabolic springs and airlinks for commercial vehicles: we are your leaf spring specialist.
Trapezoidal leaf springs (Conventional leaf springs)
Nowadays, trapezoidal springs are mainly used on tipper rear axles, agricultural vehicles and pickup trucks. They are easy and cheap to manufacture and easy to repair.

Parabolic springs
Parabolic leaf springs consist of unique, parabolically rolled spring leaves. The parabolic profile of the leaf spring ensures optimal distribution of tension. Compared to trapezoidal springs, parabolic springs are lighter and thinner offering greater durability and strength. Parabolic springs are about 20% - 30% lighter compared to trapezoidal leaf springs with the same load capacity, thus reducing the total weight of vehicles.

Airlinks (Trailing arms)
On certain vehicles with air springs, the connection between the air springs and axles is provided by an additional parabolic leaf spring, thereby contributing to better road connection and a longer service life of the air springs.

LEAF SPRING REINFORCING KITS AND REINFORCED LEAF SPRINGS
Additional spring leaves can be installed under the original leaf springs, which reduces the vehicle's sag under load. Installation requires extended spring brackets (u-bolts), center bolts and other parts that are part of the kits. We offer leaf spring reinforcement kits for most commercial vehicles up to 20 tons. Upon request, we manufacture complete, ready-to-install, reinforced, unique leaf springs.

AUXILIARY SPRINGS
A possible alternative to leaf spring reinforcing kits are the levelling auxiliary spring kits. These also help the factory leaf springs absorb the load, thus reducing the rear of the vehicle swag and sway under a significant load. The most important element of the auxiliary spring kits is a hollow rubber spring, which has progressive spring characteristics and only starts working under a certain load, thus ensuring that the suspension of the vehicle remains comfortable even when empty.

AUXILIARY AIR SPRING SYSTEMS
Air springs are installed on the rear axle, next to the factory leaf springs. Unlike mechanical springs, air spring elements - the so-called air spring cushions - can be continuously adjusted with the help of compressed air, so the height of the vehicle can be adjusted to the given load. The system can be conveniently controlled from the driver's cab using the built-in compressor and control panel. This allows the rear of heavy motorhomes or commercial vehicles to be raised continuously or only occasionally, for example when driving on steep ramps or bad roads. Our air suspension systems have the necessary certificates for the European Union.
